IMPORTANT: For single patient use only. Not for use in a multi-patient environment (i.e not for use in nursing homes) We know your fingertips can be particularly sensitive. But regular blood testing is a vital part of daily diabetes self-management. Blood glucose testing must therefore be so gentle that for people with diabetes, even children, blood sampling involves no more than just a slight prickly sensation. Accu-Chek finger prickers achieve this by combining several distinctive features, one of which is our patented dual-guide lancet motion technology:
A unique finger pricker for virtually painfree testing To help reduce the inconvenience and hassle of testing Accu-Chek has invented a finger pricker which is unlike conventional lancing devices. The Accu-Chek Multiclix uses an innovative drum containing six lancets which you don’t have to handle ensuring that testing is safer and hygienic. What’s more the drums can be disposed of in your household waste removing the worry of using a sharps bin.
Personalised comfort With 11 depth settings on the Comfort Dial you can adjust the lancet depth to match your skin type and obtain just enough blood to provide and accurate test.
Patented Clixmotion technology Clixmotion is the principle of dual-guided lancet motion meaning that both the forward and return motion of the lancet is precisely controlled without vibrations and oscillations. This special motion is the key to gentle blood sampling.
Precisely manufactured lancets Specially designed Accu-Chek lancets are the result of exhaustive research. The special cut of the lancet and its smooth, polished surface mean that skin penetration is virtually friction-free and especially gentle.
Self contained lancet drums By housing 6 lancets in a self-contained drum there is no longer the need to handle or even see the lancets themselves. Simply load the drum into the end of the finger-pricker and away you go. When you’re finished remove the drum from the device and dispose of with your household waste. Accu-Chek Multiclix is supplied as part of the Accu-Chek Aviva blood glucose system.
