Please read the Accu-Chek Commitment terms and conditions relevant to your product below. Products include Accu-Chek blood glucose meters, Accu-Chek insulin pump systems and Accu-Chek diabetes management systems.

For Accu-Chek blood glucose meters

Benefits of being an Accu-Chek customer

All users of Accu-Chek products have access to:  
  • Ongoing support for Accu-Chek blood glucose meters and Accu-Chek diabetes management systems
  • Use of a freephone technical support careline* for calls made from the UK or Republic of Ireland 
Accu-Chek users are not required to register their product to receive support for Accu-Chek blood glucose meters or Accu-Chek diabetes management systems. 

The Accu-Chek Commitment is available for all Accu-Chek blood glucose meters and Accu-Chek insulin pump systems obtained from Healthcare Professionals, Roche Diabetes Care Limited or purchased in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and is only available to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland. Please refer to separate terms and conditions for Accu-Chek insulin pump systems in the section below.

For diabetes management system support, Roche Diabetes Care Limited are only able to offer IT support directly related to Accu-Chek diabetes management systems. For information or advice regarding PC installation procedures and/or compatibility please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines and/or to an IT specialist. Roche Diabetes Care Limited cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss to your data or computer system that may occur while using Accu-Chek diabetes management systems and/or running the software.

Ordering meter battery vouchers and accessories

  1. Accu-Chek customers who have an Accu-Chek blood glucose meter are eligible for:
    • Complimentary battery vouchers
    • Complimentary control solutions
  2. To place an order for these items you must:
    • Be at least 16 years old.
    • Complete the online form or call the Accu-Chek Careline freephone* number (UK) 0800 701 000 or (Republic of Ireland) 1 800 709 600.
  3. Accu-Chek blood glucose meter users may order a battery voucher, control solutions and record books (for the visually impaired only) directly from Roche Diabetes Care for their Accu-Chek blood glucose meter (identified by serial number provided), once every three months.
    • If you have an Accu-Chek Mobile or Accu-Chek Aviva Expert blood glucose meter you can order a battery voucher that is redeemable at selected Boots stores. This will allow you to obtain 1 x Boots AAA Extra Long battery 4 pack. Please check with your local Boots store to see if they accept the voucher.
    • If you have an Accu-Chek Aviva or Accu-Chek Performa Nano blood glucose meter you can order a free battery voucher that is redeemable at selected Boots stores. This will allow you to obtain 1 x Boots CR2032 battery twin pack. Please check with your local Boots store to see if they accept the voucher.
    • The following terms apply:
      • Voucher to be used as a whole payment against the battery pack (either AAA Extra Long Life 4 Pack or CR2032 twin pack).
      • One voucher to be used per transaction.
      • Only original vouchers can be accepted.
      • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • This voucher is only available for use in selected Boots stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
      • Roche reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this voucher for any reason at any time.
      • A free battery voucher can be ordered from the Accu-Chek website or by calling the Accu-Chek Careline freephone* number.
      • Control solutions can only be ordered by calling the Accu-Chek Careline freephone* number.
      • A weekly record diary is available to download from the Accu-Chek website. A version for the visually impaired can be ordered by calling the Accu-Chek Careline freephone* number.
    • Orders for battery vouchers, control solutions and record books are limited to one of each every three months for your Accu-Chek blood glucose meter (restricted to a maximum of two Accu-Chek blood glucose meters per customer).
    • Should users who are eligible for complimentary battery vouchers, control solutions and record books require more than this in any three month period, please contact the Accu-Chek Customer Careline with your request.
  4. Roche Diabetes Care Limited is committed to using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
  5. Roche reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

  1. Accu-Chek customers who have an Accu-Chek insulin pump for the Accu-Chek Commitment are also eligible for:
    • Complimentary control solutions
    • Telephone ordering service for insulin pump infusion sets and supplies (UK users only) if your healthcare professional has confirmed to Roche that you can place orders for supplies, or you are a self-funder.
  2. To place an order for these items for your Accu-Chek insulin pump system you must:
    • Be at least 16 years old.
    • Call the Accu-Chek Pump Careline freephone* number (UK) 0800 731 22 91 or (Republic of Ireland) 1800 882 351.
