  • Your computer with an internet connection
  • A standard micro USB cable1

Step-by-step guide to connect

  1. Prepare your meter:
Before you plug your Accu-Chek Mobile meter into your computer, make sure your meter is set to 'Data Transfer' mode. To do this, simply switch it on and then use the arrow buttons to navigate to My data > PC analysis > Default and choose Data transfer. Turn meter off.
  2. Prepare your personal account:

Follow the prompts and remember to check your email for the activation code to complete the activation process. If you click the link in the activation email, make sure that 'United Kingdom' is selected in the top right menu when the login screen loads.
  3. Get ready to link:
In order to link your Accu-Chek Mobile meter to your Accu-Chek Connect online account, you need to download and install the Device Link software, either directly from the welcome page or from the Devices page by following these steps:

Ensure your Accu-Chek Mobile meter is still switched off, then using a micro USB cable, plug your Accu-Chek Mobile meter into your computer. The communication mode on your meter will turn on automatically. Once connected, the system will check to see if the date and time on your Accu-Chek Mobile meter is different from your computer. If so, you will be asked if you wish to match the date and time setting to the computer. It is important that you use the correct time and date so that your blood glucose readings are logged accurately.
