In-practice blood glucose monitoring review
- Collaborating with you to help plan the review, provide sample text and letter templates, and training where required. Your practice will need to lead the review and invite patients to collect their Accu-Chek Instant meter.

Home delivery meter review
- Partnering with you to conduct a blood glucose meter review, where we send your eligible type 2 diabetes patients their new Accu-Chek Instant meter directly to their home.

Use of a third-party diabetes review service
- Providing an in-practice diabetes review service, conducted by an independent Clinical Pharmacist, that is aligned to NICE guidelines.
Secondary and Community Care
We will partner with you to personalise implementation to meet the needs of your team and the specific patient groups you work with. This includes product training and regular meetings with our Accu-Chek representatives. Additional clinic support is offered when using Accu-Chek Care.
