Please note that urgent replacement orders placed on Friday 21st December before 16:00 will be delivered on Monday 24th December. We will then be unable to provide replacement pumps or meters until Friday 28th December. Replacements placed before 15:30 on Monday 31st December will be delivered on Wednesday 2nd January.

Please ensure that your back-up therapy is in place, and still within date.

  • If you observe unusual glucose readings which you have reason to doubt, and the quality control readings you have performed are correct (are consistently within the tolerance ranges provided), there may be an unknown medical cause or chemistry-related influence responsible for the unusual results observed. Therefore, please contact your GP or Diabetes Nurse Specialist or other Healthcare Advisor as soon as possible to arrange to have your blood glucose meter readings compared to a laboratory glucose measurement, and thereafter receive the correct advice.
