To ensure we can support you during the phase-out of all Accu-Chek insulin pump consumables by the end of January 2026, online ordering is no longer available.

As a reminder, we are discontinuing these consumables in the UK & Ireland on 31st January 2026. The final date to place an order will be Friday, 30th January 2026. Please ensure you have spoken to your Healthcare Professional regarding your transition to a new therapy. Read full communication.
Festive Opening & Delivery Times
To help you prepare for the festive season, please note our key dates and opening times for Christmas and New Year.
- Last order date for pre-Christmas dispatch
Please place your order by Friday, 19th December at 2:00 PM for dispatch aimed at pre-Christmas delivery.
- Christmas & New Year Closure
Our order line will be CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
- New Year Delivery Schedule
Orders placed on Wednesday, 31st December will be processed and delivered on Monday, 5th January / Tuesday, 6th January at the earliest.
Please ensure you have adequate back-up therapy supply and that it is in-date.
